The Yoga Space

Our studio, located in west Ann Arbor and serving Dexter and Saline, is dedicated to helping people experience the benefits of practicing yoga; of finding out how good they can feel, how much they can learn about themselves and how the practice can help them age gracefully. We have classes for everybody: beginning, experienced and ageless. We accommodate young folks or older people, athletes, prenatal or people with special needs in such areas as backs or knees. Our teachers are Certified in the Iyengar method or working toward certification, a tradition that focuses on precision of movement and attention to subtleties and individual students. They have a minimum of 5 years study before being Certified. Our teachers excel at helping individual students within the context of a general class. Special group lessons, designed just for your group or private lessons are also available.
