Detroit Yoga
Detroit Yoga was founded by Jason Schramm in 2003. He began studying Yoga in 1999. From his very first experience with Yoga, the gross physical benefits were obvious, such as improved posture, strength and flexibility. However, some of the more subtle physical benefits took many years to realize, like enhanced respiration, digestion, and elimination, resulting in less sickness and more energy.
In addition to the physical improvements, his mind began to change as well...being able to slow down and focus more, identify and remove negative habits of thought, and stay calm in difficult situations. Through his consistent, long term practice, Jason has experienced that Yoga has the ability to make one not only healthy and strong, but also more calm, focused, and effective in everything that they do.
