Essential Yoga Studio
EssentialYoga Studio offers ‘All Levels’ Classes, specialized private sessions, private Reiki sessions, continuing education for Registered Yoga Teachers and Corporate wellness programs.
Classes are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. His techniques, known as Iyengar Yoga, have helped practitioners achieve perfection in any pose. Iyengar Yoga practitioners hold each pose for a longer amount of time and props such as straps, blankets and wooden blocks are often used in classes. This type of yoga is renowned for its attention to body alignment.
