Capital Yoga
We offer several styles of Yoga Asana Practice, including: Astanga/Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Flow Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with the goals of acheiving increased flexibility, core strength and overall mind/body well-being. Our classes range from gentle to challenging, and incorporate relaxation and yoga therapy as well as intense movements and postures. Whether you are new to yoga — or a seasoned practitioner — you will find a class to meet your needs. Our instructors have experience in multiple yoga styles, including Astanga Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. We prefer to draw from this diverse knowlege base, instead of limiting our program to one specific discipline or set of poses, such as Bikram or Hot Yoga, because we can better accommodate the needs of each individual student. After a Yoga class, you'll feel refreshed and encouraged — you'll notice that you've made strides both physically and mentally.
