Alameda Yoga Station

The Alameda Yoga Station is dedicated to the teaching of hatha yoga, emphasizing proper body alignment to increase body awareness, flexibility, strength, coordination and a general sense of well-being. Our teachers are all trained in the Iyengar tradition, which we believe offers the best foundation for building a safe and healthy yoga practice; different teachers may blend influences of other yoga traditions in their classes.
