Absolute Body Confidence is located in The Old School Hall situated in Grove Lane near Chesham.We have 5 personal trainers delivering one on one personal training, small group training, boot camps with a facility utilising fitness equipment such as weights, steps a rowing machine, spinning bike, bosu, balls etc, to give client outstanding health, fitness and weight loss results.
