Dahn Yoga Center

Dahn Yoga is a unique style of Yoga, based on Oriental Medicine. It will incorporate yoga stretches, body tapping, breathing and meditation, as well as exercises to promote intestinal and internal organ health. Each class consists of Warm Ups, Stretching, Brain Wave Vibration, Breathing exercises, and Meditation. You will end the class feeling both energized and relaxed.
