Headstand Pose
I'm in the process for becoming a yoga teacher in London, and I always work so hard to hold a handstand. And the first attempt on the beach at 7am, I got it, and held it for a approx 60 seconds. Must be the POWER of NATURE. Total surrender ;) loved it!
