Maggie Anderson

Maggie has been studying Yoga since 2004 at the time of her significant
weight loss of 90lbs. She has her 200-hr. Vinyasa Yoga Certification through Breathe Joy Yoga, and is Certified in Sadie Nardini's Core Strength Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training and also certified through YogaFit and continues to study; knowing she is always a student and sometimes the teacher. Maggie's teaching style emphasizes Vinyasa flow while waking up the body to come into a deep peaceful inner stillness. It is Maggie's passion to watch the spark in others awaken. It is her desire to share with others the aliveness she feels as well as the tremendous health benefits from practicing yoga. Maggie is also a Reiki & IET Master Teacher and Soul Coach.

Maggie has come to a deeper awareness that all experiences, whether they are "good" or "bad", happen for a reason. There is always clarity within either polarity and a middle ground can be found. Yoga brings stillness to the mind where clarity is found. You come to realize that all experience are not good, nor bad, they just are. You see the lessons beyond the surface issue and an inner stillness - peace - can be found. Life flows and yoga assists us to ride those waves.
