Bliss yoga: is a Vinyasa style yoga class open to all levels of practice and abilities. This relaxing and soothing class focuses on the alignment and positioning of foundational yoga poses while connecting the body, mind, and spirit through an awareness of the breath and mindfulness. The beauty of Bliss Yoga is that the sequence, or “flow”, can be different in each class, even with the same teacher. The instructor can focus on different areas of the body from day to day, or modify instruction depending on the demographics of the class. Students will gain flexibility, balance, and strength while immersing in a calming flow sequence that allows ample time to deepen into each posture before moving into the next.
