Kristin Vance

I am a traveling teacher, I do not own a studio, however I teach at a few different studios. I am regularly on the schedule at Snowbird,Cliff Spa, I teach seasonally at Red Butte Garden, I lead classes at Mountain Yoga Sandy, as well as offer on site Yoga and Guided Meditation, at work or for private events or workshops. I lead a creative flow class the can be tailored to the group or individual. I have experience in leading all ages and ability. I have also practiced and taught Yoga through my own pregnancies and have experience teaching prenatal Yoga as well as yoga for athletes. xo'm
