Penny Fuller

Penny has been practicing yoga for over two decades and teaching regularly for more than ten years. She attained her initial qualifications in the classical Sivananda Yoga Vedanta tradition in India, and has since trained with many internationally respected yoga practitioners, of whom Sarah Powers, Angela Farmer & Donna Farhi have been her strongest influences.

Drawn to the potency of yoga as a holistic healing tool, Penny has also acquired numerous qualifications in the field of Yoga Therapy from well-established schools such as Yoga Campus and the Yoga Biomedical Trust. Most recently she has undergone training with yoga teacher, Western MD and Ayurvedic expert Dr Timothy McCall, author of the comprehensive text book 'Yoga As Medicine'.

In response to her own ongoing negotiation with menstrual disorder Endometriosis, Penny has spent the past five years specializing in Yoga for Women's Health, a journey which has led her to study intensively with menstrual authority Alexandra Pope and with Womb Yoga pioneer Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, both of who have had a transformative effect on her work.

Underpinning all her explorations into the physical aspect of yoga is her twice-daily practice of Transcendental Meditation and the TM Sidhi Programme, a powerful technique that gives tangible access to Yoga - or Union - with the Self.
