Rob Lucas

Rob Lucas is a practitioner of ashtanga yoga's third series, a practice that he fell in love with 15 years ago and which has led him on a journey through life. He is currently in Shanghai running Red Door Yoga, an ashtanga studio in Jing An Temple district.
