Hello! Thank you for viewing my profile. My public classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7 p.m. Power vinyasa flow class is on Tuesdays and Gentle glow on Thursdays to offer something for everyone, no matter the level. Public classes are anonymous donation style and the suggested donation is $5-10 per class. Public classes are held at the Historic Cactus Hotel in Downtown San Angelo, Texas. I also teach private lessons at my home studio or I am happy to come to your residence. Please contact me directly for pricing and scheduling private sessions. My classes consist of asana, pranayama and meditation. I am happy to share my knowledge and experience to anyone when they are ready! I look forward to praciting with you! :)
