Swami Prakash
Prakash is born and brought up in a spiritual family based in Uttar Pradesh, India. He has been
introduced to the spiritual path and yoga at a very young age. With a deep quest for spirituality he started
practicing Meditation, Asanas, Pranayama and Prayers from his childhood. This passion for spiritual life
leads him to many Spiritual organizations, guides and Masters who guide him on the path.
At the age of 15 he attended many meditation seminars of Bharamakumaris University at mount abu.
Later he meet Guru Yogteerhji (from Sabathu, Himachal Pradesh) under his guidance he learn Yoga and
meditation.
After completed his Masters degree , he moved from his parental home and start travelling and
practiceing different styles of self realization under guidance of masters, as yoga ,tantra, vedanta, sufi
and verity of ancient and modern meditation techniques. He gone through various therapeutic groups
based on unconcious and subconcious mind .
Swami praksha completed his yogic education from well known yoga Institutes , as Astanga yoga from
SVYASA Bangalore, yogic science and studies from Satyananda’s (Bihar School Of Yoga),Munger, where
he learnt the details of Hatha yoga, Raj yoga, Bhakti yoga, Gyan yoga and Karma yoga with its
contemporary scientific knowledge.
Swami prakash completed master digree in Yoga from Uttrakhand Sanskrit University ,Rishikesh. Also he
is an experienced and one of the famous teacher of Indian Philosophy, Meditation, pranayama.
Prakash is working as a life coach ,he is a motivationl speaker guiding many people from India and
abroad thuough his personal sessions, motivational talks and articles on you tube, facebook ,instagrams
and other social media . He is completely devoted to his work and his persence and clearity is changing
many lives as his knowledge has a warmth of heartfulness.
