Jojoba Yoga with Jo. Combining Hatha and Kundalini Yoga to strengthen and tone the body, Asana, Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation, deepening the mind / body connection and raising spiritual awareness. Jo has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and is a qualified and experienced Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher, also qualified teaching YogaBugs for kids. Classes are kept small, 4 max, to ensure individual attention throughout every session. Classes take place at Jo's private Yoga studio in Ripon. Please enquire for details.
