What to expect from my yoga classes? My class style has been described as having a ‘modern spin’ on traditional yoga – using your strength throughout all the parts of your body, but focusing on your movement and breath. My classes vary from being restorative to very challenging, however, all classes provide a strong focus on breath, working with awareness of the mind body connection, and having no preconceptions..... anything is possible. My classes are for all levels. Walk-Ins are always welcome.
