I teach alignment-based vinyasa with a wink, a smile and great sensitivity to private clients and small groups, and in the workplace. My classes feature demanding but intelligent sequencing, integrative philosophy, and groove-centric, thoughtful playlists that facilitate profound, energized practice.
It's my goal to present yoga in more accessible, more authentic, and less alienating packaging, and to teach in a way that is deep, clear, compassionate, and true. No false reverence, no preciousness, no airs.
