I teach a power vinyasa flow at 2 places on Wednesdays: Earth's Power Yoga (hot) during the day and a donation based lake-side class at Echo Park from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (times will change with daylight savings). I'm super passionate about helping people find their inner awesome sauce and live heart centered! This starts with ourselves. As a woman born stiff and inflexible, yoga's transformed my life both on and off the mat - come to my class and watch your world unfold with each breath!
