They are also friendly, with a little fun thrown in for good measure. Low level lighting, music, add to a great atmosphere. "Simon's classes are well thought out, challenging, never boring and always fun - you never fail to leave a session without a smile on your face and a spring in your step." Sally C
I have been practising and studying since 2003 and teaching since 2010 and i am British Wheel of Yoga ( BWY ) Accredited. My dad started practising and studying yoga over 30 years ago but it wasnt until i attended a 10 day vipassanna meditation retreat in 2003 that my passion really took hold. The BWY is recognised by Sport England and The Sport and Recreation Alliance (formally the CCPR) as the National Governing Body for Yoga in England.
