Wannabe Zen provides yoga & meditation sessions for individual and groups. Wannabe Zen aims to give you tools and techniques to become more grounded, relaxed, and energized, so that you so you will be able to be more calm, rejuvenated, and productive in your life. Wannabe Zen's mission is to propagate wellness through yoga & meditation.

The practice in Wannabe Zen yoga & meditation sessions is based on the ancient technique of Yoga in the Satyananda Yoga tradition, including asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra.

Yoga & meditation sessions at Wannabe Zen will leave you more connected to your body, have better energy flow, and breathe better, so then you can feel better and function better in your daily life.

Wannabe Zen is a creation of Silvia Hendarta (https://www.facebook.com/silvia.hendarta), who has been practicing various style of yoga since 2007. Silvia is currently finishing her final semester of Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Training in Satyananda Yoga Australasia (www.satyananda.net). She is also trained as a presenter of Les Mills Body Balance program and an avid runner. Her yoga class varies from gentle to more physically active, and always ends with a soothing guided relaxation.
