Enjoy a Hatha-Vinyasa flow which focuses on the mind and body connection. The class will have a meditative and relaxing quality in order to calm the mental chatter. Start to connect to the core you inside by focusing on your breath in a moment of stillness and with movement. Take a moment away for your own health to renew and ground yourself. All ages welcome. All abilities encouraged.

Enjoy a meditation practice and learn some of the many different styles of meditation. For example, one class could take you on a guided journey, while another could incorporate a walking movement. However, everything comes back to the breath. It is our life force (sometimes known as "prana" or "chi") which connects us to the universe. Come back to the present and perhaps listen to music or a chant, or have your own eternal moment of silence. All levels welcome and encouraged. Feel free to bring anything that might help you relax, such as a blanket to pillow(s), and/or water. Please wear nonrestrictive clothing
