Anne Basco, ERYT 500, is a yoga therapist with 30 years experience. She offers a variety of group classes weekly, is the lead with one year training sessions of In Depth Yoga Study for yoga teachers and those who wish to grow with yoga. Do you need a private session? Anne receives private clients by appointment throughout the week with standing appointments as well as need-based practical training to adapt yoga postures/pranayama/mediation techniques to benefit individual needs.
