Zoe Braithwaite is a qualified Adults, Children’s /Teen’s and AcroYoga Teacher, Theatrical Circus Performer and Trainer with over 15 years' experience who teaches and performs a combination of yoga and circus with adults, teenagers and children. Together with her teaching qualifications in 1998 at the Vishwaguru Yoga Academy in India and in 2008 at YogaWorks in Australia, she has trained with Eve Grybowski (Iyengar Yoga), Simon Borg-Oliver (Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga), AcroYoga (numerous teachers) , Shiva Rey, (Flow) Peggy Hall (Yoga to Surf), Donna Fahri (Vinyasa), Circus Yoga; and holds qualifications in Yoga Therapy for Kids, Advanced Kids Yoga, Dance, Shiatsu, Reiki (Master Level), Chi Gung, and accreditation as an Australian Sports Commission Community Coach.
She has worked extensively with local and International communities in Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East including YogaWays, Yogalates, Yoga Harmony, Circus Stuff, Brophy’s Circus Academy, Simone’s Dance School, After-School Care Centres (Montessori, Steiner, Trinity Grammar), Opening and Closing Ceremonies 2000 Olympic Games, VIVID Light Festivals, So You Think You Can Dance, corporate organisations NAB, Porsche, BMW and Microsoft, and NGO Amnesty International.
Presently Zoe is focusing on AcroYoga, Yoga to Surf, Kid’s Yoga, Private, Corporate and “mobile” yoga sessions.
She offers regular Kids Yoga and AcroYoga Classes Workshops on the Central Coast.
Zoe is a creative and inspiring teacher supporting students to evolve and expand into a greater sense of interconnection and peace.
