I weave a playful yet powerful practice for my students. I place a great emphasis on alignment of the body, mind, and heart. I invite my students to flow to the best of their abilities while testing their boundaries. I recognize individual needs and fosters a non-competitive environment for my
students.
On the mat, I recognize the need to continually cultivate my practice. For me, a day without yoga is a rare occurrence. I am grateful for my connection with her teachers and continue to learn and grow with them on a regular basis. I am ever grateful for my students and the inspiration they continually grant me!
