I’m Claire, a newly minted yoga teacher who thinks that yoga should be all of the above. I want my students to laugh, ask questions and try things in my classes. I want to share with you how moving your body has the power to make you feel good – both physically and emotionally. I want yoga to become a can’t-miss part of your week.
