I teach Ashtanga classes in my own studio in Bilzen on monday- and thursdaynights.
Tuesdaynights I teach Power yoga @ Hotel Boomgaard, Boomgaardstraat, Lanaken (Rekem).
On thursdaymornings I have a Mature yoga class, an easy flow for the mature beginner.
On thursdaynights after Ashtangaclass I provide a yin/restorative class.
Wednesdaynights are for private classes or workshops.
Fridays are for private classes.
No class on saturdays!
Sundays are for workshops.
