I am a widely experienced Yoga teacher & Yoga Therapist teaching Yoga full time since 2003 - Online and offline options are offered by me. I also teach Baby Massage courses.
Pregnancy Yoga & Yoga for Scoliosis in Northern Ireland were pioneered by me. I am passionate about helping each student find inner peace, wisdom (Gyana) and joy through the practices of Yoga and Meditation.
There are weekly classes, as listed on my schedule on my website, but I also offer monthly workshops , One to One Yoga and Meditation and Corporate Yoga too.
ONE TO ONE Yoga suits busy people who can't make classes, want to develop their practice or to address individual needs. Types of Yoga that can be offered include:
* Traditional Yoga;
* Yoga for Scoliosis;
* Yoga for Stress Relief; Mental Wellbeing
* Yoga for Anxiety, Depression and Sleep Disorders;
* Pregnancy Yoga;
* Hypno Yoga for Birth;
* Birth Preparation with or without a Partner;
* Postnatal and Baby Yoga;
* Baby Massage;
* Yoga for Sport;
* Mantra Yoga;
* Deep Relaxation; and
* Meditation.
If it is a Traditional Yoga class you may choose an emphasis suited to your needs or interest: e.g. Deep Relaxation, Breathwork, Physical Postures, Meditation or indeed a balanced combination of everything.
* As long as you have a quiet space for a mat, one-to-one sessions are possible at home, work or at a venue/ studio near you.
The first session is usually 75 minutes to evaluate your needs. The subsequent sessions are then attuned with insight to meet them.
YOGA / MEDITATION FOR SMALL GROUPS
If you have a group of friends who would like to practice together, I can arrange this for you (it will also reduce the individual cost).
CORPORATE YOGA / MEDITATION
I have been teaching Corporate Yoga since 2003 - and the businesses that I have worked with include – the Audit Office, Queens University, Pearsons and the Allianz.
Stress is endemic in the work-place and the cause of diminished quality of work and sick-leave. Yoga and Meditation is a wonderful life-skill and preventative to de-stress your staff and boost their energy, morale and performance
