A certified yoga teacher recognized by Yoga Alliance. Practicing yoga at various studios through out the world while was working with the airline for last 5 years. After found peace and love on yoga mat, I continued my journey to India to deepen my experience and knowledge in Yoga.
Certified 200 hours YTTC from Kailash Yoga tribe Mcleod Ganji Dharamshala, and Intensive Trika Course in Vijnana Bhairava Tantra from Kasmir Shaivism Yoga school, Dharamgot, Dharamshala india.
Currently teaching private class one-on one basis at Supalai Oriental Place Sathron and at home on request.
Weekend group outdoor Yoga in Lumpini park maybe arranged if there are 3 minimum participants.
