Yoga Sol provides an upbeat, welcoming environment where students of all levels are individually mentored and challenged to meet their own personal goals. Highest caliber instructors (majority with advanced 500 level credentials) focus on proper alignment to guide students to experience all the gifts of yoga. Classes range from: Beginners, Gentle, Meditative Flow, Healing Yoga, Candle Light Restorative - to Yoga with Ropes - to higher physicality Hatha and Vinyasa Flows.
