Workshop - Moving into Meditation: A 3-Week Series
Description
In this three-week workshop series, we will explore the three limbs of yoga (pratyahara, dharana and
dhyana) that progressively guide us into the practice of meditation. Through lecture, discussion and practice, we will attempt to lessen the mystery that sometimes surrounds meditation so that students can feel more confident in developing their own meditation practices. We will explore such questions as: What is the difference between concentration and meditation? What is meditation supposed to feel like? How do I meditate? No experience is necessary.
