Workshop - Sacred Astronomy

Description

Vedic Astrology, known as Jyotish in Sanskrit, is one of the basic Vedic sciences, sister to Yoga and Ayurveda. Jyotish means "Science of Light" and as such, its study can help illuminate one’s life, providing both practical and spiritual insight. It is the study of our solar system, time, and the unfolding of karmas. Certain to broaden prior knowledge of any spiritual discipline and expand on concepts sometimes mentioned right in yoga class (like the number 108), join us on the new moon in May for an investigation of the most fundamental and yogic principles that explain the Universe and our place in it.
