Workshop - Introduction to Yoga Series

Description

No flexibility required; all ages and body types welcome! This six-week series, limited to eight students, will walk you through the basics of yoga. Learn pose anatomy and alignment, ways to personalize the practice for specific issues or injuries, and the foundations of yoga philosophy. Due to the small class size, which allows for individualized attention, pre-registration is required.
