Cumulative stress has a negative impact on both our physical and mental well being and can lead to chronic issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and insomnia. In this workshop, learn where we typically store stress in the body and how yoga can have a profound effect on releasing this stored tension. These practices can then be brought “off the mat” into daily life, allowing us to bring the true spirit of peace into the upcoming holiday season.
