Join Barbara Rendell as she explains the food fermentation process, why we should make fermented foods, and how to successfully ferment vegetables at home. Learn a step-by-step method for making sauerkraut (or any other vegetable) so you can transform fresh, raw vegetables into super-foods! Open to all.
