The Yoga House

The Yoga House is a lively, accessible, and energetic yoga studio in Uptown Kingston, offering Vinyasa yoga at all levels. We envision the studio as a hub of yogic activity in the Kingston, NY area and intend to foster the growth of a yoga community that complements the burgeoning artists’ milieu of Uptown Kingston. The Yoga House is also home to an art gallery, featuring the work of a new Hudson Valley artist each month.
