What sets Transform Yoga apart from other studios is that, regardless of class size, you feel like you are getting a private lesson in each class. I give individualized attention, specific to each student, while teaching the importance of proper body alignment. And when your body is in balance, your mind and spirit can become aligned as well, hopefully making you a more peaceful person. My postures are in levels which allow you to go at your own pace while receiving practical tips and adjustments along the way, if necessary. There are endless rewards from practicing yoga and if you are willing to be patient, I'd like to show you the possibilities.
