Joshna Ramakrishnan

Joshna discovered that yoga was her true calling at a tender age of 12. Her verve, vigour and vim resulted in her winning most of the yoga tournaments right from an early age. Joshna teaches Ashtanga yoga and Hatha yoga with compassion.Her passion for yoga and enthusiasm for teaching are evident in her energetic ,dynamic style.She creates a supportive, challenging, and light-hearted class environment where you are encouraged to explore your edge, discover your strength, and awaken your spirit. Joshna is also a certified Sivananda teacher.
What started as fun in Kindergarten, became a sport as a teenager and now, a way of life. Belonging to the Sivananda lineage, Joshna has been certified by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, and has also received prominent awards and accolades in yoga, during her teenage years and later.Her teaching style draws inspiration from the many masters of the art, but Joshna feels it is her dad and his yogic way of life that has been a constant source of inspiration in her life. Joshna's penchant for the art of yoga has amassed her with deep knowledge from a very young age and her undying passion has now brought her to write spiritual blogs,conduct workshops,empower people with her teaching and writing in all different levels.

Joshna also travels around India to constantly learn and practice yoga.
She is a computer engineer by education and also has a Masters in Psychology.
She has taught in China and India for reputed yoga schools and studios for half a decade.
