Workshop - YogaCity NYC's Deeper Learning Series

Description

Join yoga teachers and scholars Alan Finger, Alison West, Amy Matthews, Jason Ray Brown, Swami Sadasivananda and James Bae for a discussion of the need to have a deep understanding of the physical and subtle anatomy as part of a rich practice.

These programs are intended to open up serious discussions between diverse schools of yoga in New York City, foster growth, greater understanding and community. The series will be held at rotating studios to give yoga students a chance to visit places they may not be acquainted with.
