Description

Yoga is the way we take pressure off the body and take pressure off the mind.
This challenging and dynamic class will honor that promise of Yoga.
We will take ourselves deep into the physicality of the body, leaving it cleansed and refreshed.
We will take ourselves into the entanglements of the mind leaving it charged and cleared.
This will be a powerful two hour vinyasa flow with an emphasis on the physical refrains that gives your body full access to flowing strong in an easeful and knowledgeable way.
