A yoga workshop specifically designed for women in all stages of menopause. Whether you are peri menopausal, menopausal or post menopausal, this workshop is for you. Discover postures that will help calm the hormonal roller coaster, anxiety, hot flashes, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, depression, mood swings and help improve memory . You will feel better and help alleviate the stress and symptoms of this natural transition. We will end the yoga practice with Yoga Nidra, a guided Yogic deep relaxation.
