Workshop - Expand Your Practice with CHAIR YOGA
Description
Chair yoga is known to be a wonderful way to introduce seniors to a regular yoga practice, but you’ll quickly learn that it can be a valuable addition to anyone’s routine. You’ll find that this important tool will also allow you to sneak a few more poses into your day without having to change clothes or get out your yoga mat.
During this session, you’ll experience a full range of seated and standing poses, all using a chair. This workshop is open to both teachers and to anyone looking to expand their yoga practice.
