Workshop - Introduction to Yoga
Description
The Introduction to Yoga Series consists of four weekly classes and is designed especially to give time and support to the new Yoga student. We recommend that all students new to Yoga begin with this Series.
The Series introduces you to basic Yoga poses and familiarizes you with everything needed to feel comfortable on the mat. These classes lay the foundation for a regular practice, empower you to practice safely and to feel confident about participating in our Level 1 classes.
