Description
Come rest in a profound way. Practice the complete release of the body, restore the mind, renew the peace within. Learn “stability and comfort;” know the signs of discomfort in your own body and learn what to do to make yourself more comfortable. Practice supported inversions, backbends, twists and reclined poses to cleanse and pacify the nervous system. No previous yoga experience required.
Learn to be comfortable using multiple props, become familiar with how to set up each pose and learn options for using furniture and blankets at home to set up poses.
