Workshop - Let's turn the World Upside Down
Description
Do you fear turning your world upside down? Is this fear preventing you from advancing your yoga practice? Fear of falling is common. In this workshop, you will learn safe ways and tips to practice upside down poses and to move beyond your inversion mental threshold.
In this 3-Hour workshop, Ka Mei Cheuk will lead a short Vinyasa flow to warm up the body and then move ways to safely move into the following inversion postures with the use of wall and use of props.

• The Art of Floating
• Headstand and Variations of Headstand
• Forearm Stand to Scorpion, Forearm Stand to Lotus Variation
• Handstand to Scorpion, Handstand to Lotus Variation
This workshop is excellent for students who are ready to deepen their inversion practice or for teachers who would like to guide students through inversion.
