Workshop - Honoring Loss

Description

When we experience deep emotional trauma and loss, every cell of our being holds the energy that is “grief.” If we seek opportunities to acknowledge and mourn our losses, we can release the energy of those experiences, allowing the energy to flow through us. We can accept the healing that is available to us and fully embrace the goodness of life as it is. This workshop will combine reflection, meditation, gentle asana and ritual to honor our losses and cleanse our bodies to help us feel lighter, balanced and free.
