Workshop - Yoga for an Agile Spine

Description

The spine is the largest section of the body that is not supported by a large bone. With virtually every active movement, the body depends on this structure to be powerful and supportive. Yoga postures in proper alignment, help strengthen the spine, improve posture & avert discomfort. We will harness power within the spine & discuss methods to ease chronic (non-acute) back pain.

All levels of practitioners are welcome!
