Workshop - Fall Women’s Retreat: Living with Intention with Liz & Heather

Like yoga, writing can help us come to a still place where we feel safe exploring deeply. From this place, sometimes surprising connections and understanding reveal themselves. We’ll work with writing at the beginning of the retreat weekend to help let go of our daily lives and their distractions, to gain clarity about what we’d like to get from the weekend, to become fully present and to set an intention. As we move through the retreat, writing will help us to give our intention depth and texture and will facilitate an exploration of the impact of using an intention as a filter for each moment. We’ll conclude the weekend by writing our paths forward and by using writing as a bridge that will help carry the rejuvenation of the retreat back to our daily lives.
