East Meets West Yoga invites those who experience depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders, to discover how yoga can lead them to a more balanced life.

Research shows that yoga helps manage the symptoms of depression and anxiety and provides immediate and long term benefits for the mind and body.

The goal of our 5 week program is to create a safe and supportive environment designed to release tension, calm the mind, and manage your mood. Students will be
taught breathing exercises, gentle yoga poses, and relaxation techniques.
