Workshop - Chillaxation: Restorative Yoga

Description

Join us for a deeply relaxing restorative Saturday afternoon. In a restorative practice, the aim is to open the body into longer supported (by bolsters, blocks and/or blankets) poses to calm the mind and help release toxins. No previous yoga experience is necessary to experience the benefits of restorative poses. Judi Eskovitz, RYT 200 and Denyse Le Fever, RYT 200 will guide your restorative practice and help you unwind for the weekend and provide tips to keep your calm state of mind through the coming week.
